WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. & LOS ANGELES & SAN RAMON, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Comprehensive Industrial Disability (CID) Management, Westlake Village, Effective Health Systems Inc., Los Angeles (EHS) and Chopra Consulting Inc., San Ramon (Chopra) today announced that, following a review of discovery materials and finding no evidence of any wrongdoing, CID Management has dismissed with prejudice its copyright infringement and other actions against EHS, Chopra and their respective principals, James A. Schlueter and Arvinder Chopra, in civil action no. 4:15-cv-00071. All litigation between the parties has ended and each party denied any liability or wrongdoing.
