Mark Bakken, co-founder of fast-growing Madison tech company Nordic Consulting, is leaving his job as CEO to create a venture fund.

Bakken expects to remain chairman of Nordic’s board of directors. The tech consulting firm, founded in 2010, listed revenues of $81.4 million last year.

Bakken expects to raise about $10 million for Madison HealthX Ventures, his new venture fund aimed at funding startup health care information technology companies.
